Every fragrance is crafted with passion, precision, and purpose — delivering luxury you can feel, and values you can trust.

By shopping at www.rcaliphpk.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms ensure transparency and trust between Rcaliph (“we”, “our”, “us”) and our valued customers (“you”, “your”).

2. The Rcaliph Promise

Your trust means everything to us.
That’s why every perfume bottle comes with two complimentary tester samples:

• One of the same fragrance you ordered.
• Another of a different scent — so you can explore more from our collection.

This allows you to test the fragrance before opening the sealed bottle.
If you wish to return or exchange, please note:
your main perfume bottle must remain sealed and unopened, while testers can be freely used for evaluation.

3. Product Authenticity & Craftsmanship

All Rcaliph perfumes and attars are crafted using high-quality oils and ingredients, inspired by world-famous designer scents — but not affiliated with any specific brand.
Names and references are used strictly for comparison purposes only.

Slight variations in scent, shade, or packaging may occur due to the artisanal nature of blending and bottling — however, our commitment to quality remains constant.

4. Ordering Process

To place an order, simply select your desired product and follow the checkout steps on our website.
Please ensure your delivery details and contact number are entered correctly.

Once confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS or email.

We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order that appears incomplete, suspicious, or unpaid.
All orders are subject to product availability at the time of confirmation.

5. Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods across Pakistan:

• Bank Transfer
• JazzCash
• EasyPaisa

After payment, please share a screenshot or transaction ID to help us verify your order faster.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan using trusted courier partners.
Standard delivery time is 4–5 working days, depending on your location.

During holidays, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may vary slightly.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.
Please ensure you or someone on your behalf is available to receive the parcel at the given address.

7. Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Rcaliph offers a 14-day return or exchange policy under the following conditions:

• The perfume or attar bottle must remain sealed and unopened.
• Customers can use the included testers to experience the scent before unsealing their main bottle.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days at

Returned products must be in their original packaging and condition.
Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an exchange or replacement will be processed accordingly.

8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it has been dispatched.
Once the order leaves our facility, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If payment has already been made and your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued via your original payment method.

9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product.
Our support team will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

We take great care in packaging, but occasional courier handling issues may occur beyond our control.

10. Pricing & Promotions

All prices on our website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
Rcaliph reserves the right to update prices, offers, or promotions at any time without prior notice.
Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including our brand name, logo, text, product images, and descriptions — is the exclusive property of Rcaliph.
No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action under applicable laws.

All products should be used as intended and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, following fair trade and consumer protection standards.
